NEW GROUP REPORT We now have 11 members who want to take control of their bodies for healthy living and loose weight if they need to. Some cannot do the exercises yet,but have instructions for strengthening areas necessary to accomplish these. We are doing middle body exercises first since this is the most dangerous area for carrying excess fat. All particpates are middle age so far and I hope to enroll some younger folks when we start a night group. Preventive health is so....important for younger adults. Who wants to leave their young children minus a parent! Some of the fattest people I know have young children. Anyone can join this group. So far, I have 10 women and one man.
